After a life in advertising and journalism, it was only in his later years that Robin returned to his art roots and painted full time. Drawing mostly from the post-impressionists, often with a gloomy undertone, sometimes with the tongue in the cheek, his artwork appeal to the emotions with it’s mystical and mysterious qualities.
